Why is my registration taking longer to be approved?

Please use the Contact Us page and include the same username you used during registration when sending your ticket. Since I am not always logged in as admin, I may sometimes miss applications โ€” thank you for your patience.

How do I watch live channels?

Go to the Live TV or Sports page, select your channel, and press watch or set the reminder. Make sure you are logged in.

How does the reminder feature work?

You can set a reminder for upcoming events or live matches by clicking the Set Reminder button. A notification will appear shortly before the event starts. tapping the notification will lead you to streaming channel directly

Why is my stream buffering?

Buffering usually happens due to slow internet. Try lowering quality, or check if other devices are using bandwidth.

Can I use this on Smart TV?

Yes. You can use our WebView APK or simply open the portal in your TVโ€™s browser (if supported).

What devices are supported?

Our service works on PC, mobile, tablet, and Smart TVs with a modern browser. Android APK is also available.

Why can't I complete the verification to watch the movies?

I apologize for the trouble. The verification feature for Netflix and Prime is an extra feature that works best on a PC. If you're trying to watch using a Webview app, it may not work correctly. You might need to wait a moment for the system to refresh, or contact us for renewal.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password anytime by clicking on your username at the top bar, which will take you to the Change Password page.
